underwhelming stay
sufficient equipmentdirty clothsovercrowded pool
The gym was acceptable. It had sufficient equipment for a basic workout.
The pool area felt more like a public space. It was overcrowded with children and lacked privacy because two residential towers surrounded it. the lobby smelled bad, supposedly from using dirty cloths for cleaning. i did not find this acceptable for a hotel claiming to be high-end.

the staff displayed a dedication i found comforting. fresh towels were always available and items i needed looked swiftly i also dined at asia asia and the team ensured my visit became special. the meal tasted fantastic and i would gladly recommend it.
the breakfast choice felt limited i never felt excited because the variety paled in comparison to other hotels. the coffee tasted terrible i had to avoid it also my bedside power point wasn't working. i reported it at reception no repair occurred nor did i receive any feedback.

Acceptable Stay with a Notable Issue
clean roommusty odor
The housekeeping staff responded to all our requests and kept our room very clean.
I experienced an unpleasant odor in the room. It smelled musty even with the air conditioning running constantly. I wasn't a fan of the unpleasant smell.
